    We want you to be happy with your purchase! We understand that there are risks and uncertainties involved in online shopping, so we will gladly accept refunds and exchanges on our products. All we ask is that returned items must not be damaged and with its original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable and you are responsible for return shipping costs, unless we made a mistake with your order or there is a defect in the product. 

    In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at vibhushitaindia@gmail.com your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

     

    Steps:    

    • You may use any shipping method you like as long as a tracking number can be provided. 
    • Carefully package the items in the original shipping box or any suitable shipping carton.
    • Make sure you include your name and/or order number so that we know who it's from!
    • Returns are accepted within 7 days of the receipt of the package.

    • We ship from India.
    • We process customised orders within 2-3 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays). Non Customised, off the shelf items like tie pins,lapel pins ,cufflinks are processed within 2-3 business days.
    • Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
    • If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at vibhushitaindia@gmail.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has been customised/shipped.
    • Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.Incase of customised orders, order would be resent on payment of return shipping fees and additional shipping fees for resending the order.
